Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Kawa Club tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
